256MB of flash memory, and 512MB of RAM, the MR7350 is a dual-band AX1800 router that is capable of maximum (theoretical) data rates of 574Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and 1,201Mbps on the 5GHz band. It uses most (but not all) of the latest 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) technologies, including OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access), which allows multiple users to share the same channel for more efficient use of bandwidth, TWT (Target Wake Time) to help reduce client power consumption, MU-MIMO simultaneous data streaming, direct-to-client signal beamforming, and WPA3 encryption.

Inexpensive But Unimpressive

If you’re interested in setting up a Wi-Fi 6 network but want to do so on a budget, the Linksys Max-Stream Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Router (MR7350) won’t break any throughput speed records, but is very easy to set up and manage, and can be incorporated into a mesh network if you need to extend your Wi-Fi range. That said, it lacks malware protection and its parental controls are basic. The TP-Link Archer AX10 doesn't offer much more in the way of features, but it's a better buy at nearly half the price.
